I have been required to use Linux mint 18.3 for work. When I attempt to install NoMachine I get the following output:

attempting to start the service gets me nothing and when i try to uninstall it i get the following message:
dpkg: warning: ignoring request to remove NoMachine which isn’t installed
Unfortunately I’m stuck on this OS. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I was able to solve the problem. I was given the wrong download link and had to search for the correct one.
