NoMachine freezes after several seconds up to a few minutes after connecting

Dear members,

I have the following configuration:

Server: Ubuntu 18.04.01, running NoMachine 6.11.2
Client A: Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB, running NoMachine version 6.11.2
Client B: Ubuntu 18.04.01, running NoMachine 6.11.2

I use NX protocol for them all.

I can login from both Clients (A – Windows and B – Ubuntu) and I get the remote desktop, but after several seconds, sometimes even after several minutes, NoMachine freezes no matter which client I use.

I had the impression that it has higher probability to freeze when I press the tab button in remote terminal for continuation, which might indicate that something is wrong when transferring sound from server to clients.

The fact that different clients experience the same behavior, suggests, in my humble opinion, that something is wrong on the server side, which is why I decided to post this question in Linux part of the forum.

Anyhow, any hint, suggestion or help would be highly appreciated.  I am supposed to do home-office because of corona, but I am unable to.

We aren’t aware of freeze issues on Ubuntu. Can you send us the logs from the affected server? Please follow the instructions here: https://www.nomachine.com/DT10O00163#1.1
