As a long time user of LogmeIn – a good product,  but now ridiculously expensive – I started looking into suitable alternatives a couple years ago.  I’ve tried a number of alternatives, but haven’t found the perfect replacement yet (Splashtop comes close, and it’s what I often use for remote work). Still, I long to try NoMachine, but I require the NETWORK (Anywhere) functionality to have it work (I don’t have router control in the typical locations I’d be using remote desktop functionality).  I’ve been hearing that the Anywhere (now Network) component is “very close” for around 1 1 /2 years now (last messages indicated it would be part of version 5 at some point).  Is there any update on the status of this feature.

    Much appreciate the support.

    Regards,

    Werner H.

    Hi!

I am also very interested in this. Is there any chance of getting a beta invite?

We’re almost there! Smoothing out the rough edges in the architecture and graphic interface. And testing, testing, testing. But rest assured, it’s not far off.
