    Hello,

I’ve recently installed NoMachine 6.12.3_7 to several Windows 10 enterprise PCs for some users.

Upon install and restart the machine comes back fine however attemps to click and launch NoMachine from the desktop (nxplayer) seems to crash and never launch. Additionally the system tray icon never appears either, perhaps indicating that monitor server isnt launching either.

This is not consistant on all machines. I had a support user install it to their PC with no issue (same exact build and image as a couple of the other users) and was able to install to my Jump Server without issue either.

I can attach logs should I be prompted which are needed.

Attaching any logs that appear helpful.

The logs didn’t include the client logs.
If you have an antivirus installed, disable it temporarily and try starting NoMachine player again.

The culprit was located in a service called DeviceLock that locks down peripherals and external connections (CD/DVD, USB, etc) for end users.

    You can close the thread.

    Thanks
