NoMachine Enterprise Terminal Server Subscription – Version 6.8.1

Couple of users including the above one ‘brian’ disconnected from NoMachine session. When trying to re-connecting to the last session at port ‘1009’, the session is spinning wheel forever. Please let me know, users are complaining because they gonna lose lots of open jobs in their last session. Thanks

Connect to that session in “shadow” mode: when the session list shows up, keep Ctrl pressed and double click on the required session.

Direct connect doesn’t work (just spinning), holding down control pops up the context menu.
Holding down option doesn’t help (still spinning wheel).
    Holding down command doesn’t help.
    Holding down shift doesn’t help.
Holding down Fn doesn’t help. So at this point, I’m out of ideas for kicking off a shadow session.

Sorry, my fault. The right combo is Ctrl+Alt+DoubleClick.

We’re sorry, we ran out of coffee… The correct keystroke to force connecting through a shadow session on macOS client is Command + Alt + Double click, while on Linux and Windows it is Control + Alt + Double click. We could not use the Control on macOS because it would emit a right click.

    It’s not helping. Thanks anyway.

Didn’t it help with recovering the session or didn’t shadowing even work?

Anyway, would you send server and client logs, if possible?

How to gather debug logs for support requests
