    Windows 10.

Did you follow the guidelines here: https://www.nomachine.com/getting-started-with-nomachine#internet

On your local network are you able to connect?

Can you tell me what error message you are getting? Screenshots can be useful.

The error message “The problem can be caused by a network failure, firewall blocking, nat blocking of incoming traffic, or incorrect server address”

NoMachine Network is the feature you need. This will avoid having to enable port forwarding on the router.

You can tick the box in the feature request to be notified when it is released: https://www.nomachine.com/FR07J02731

Correct. It hasn’t been released yet. It will be released in one of the next major updates.
