Hi.  I just installed NoMachine and it works great using the included client.  I would like to connect via a web viewer.  I found this page:

    https://www.nomachine.com/getting-started-with-web-based-access#virtualdesktop

    On that page it says:

Step 1: Point your browser to the appropriate URL

Point your browser to https://serverName:4443 or http://serverName:4080 where serverName is either the name or IP address of the host you want to reach (Fig. 1). This address will be redirected to SSL and will appear as, for example, https://myserver.com:4443/nxwebplayer.

I changed servername to my computers IP address.  Unfortunately this does not work and I get an error saying the site cannot be reached.

I installed nomachine_6.9.2_1_x86_64.tar.gz  on Linux Mint.  Can someone tell me what I might be doing wrong?

    Many thanks!

    Hi

NoMachine for the Enterprise range allows you to access your remote desktop over the Web.

You need to have installed either Enterprise Desktop or one of the other products in the Enteprise range on the computer you want to access. The free version doesn’t support browser-based connections.
