RHEL5 authentication to NX server failed

After installing NoMachine on my RHEL5 virtual box, when I run sudo /usr/NX/bin/nxserver –status,

I am getting the following error:

Authentication to NX server failed

NX Server is stopped. I tried some of the tricks reported in the forum, but none of them worked for me, and unfortunately, these are all marked as closed topics, so I guess I have no choice but to open another one of its kind. 😉

In order to help you, we need to investigate further.

Can you please send the standard debug logs to forum(at)nomachine(dot)com, making sure you reference ‘RHEL5 authentication to NX server failed’ as subject ?
