Not showing the Desktop for some users

Dear Sir,

I Have one NoMachine server install on CentOS version 7. The NoMachine version is Enterprise Terminal Server Subscription Node Version 7. Today, some of the users can’t show the Desktop, only show a black screen. Not any icon or any desktop component to show.

Sometimes, when one user logout the NoMachine server, another user can be login NoMachine server , maybe wait a while.

How can I debug this issue to fix it? As far as I know, there are no user restrictions for my license authorization.

Are NoMachine server any other restrictions, such as users or related hardware resources limitations?

What kind of log I can give you to distinguish the problem and solve the problem.

Hi Antonio,

Is the user that sees a black screen connecting to a virtual or physical desktop?

We would need debug logs to investigate the problem:
1. Enable debug:  sudo /etc/NX/nxserver –debug –enable all
2. Reproduce the problem
3. Collect logs: sudo /etc/NX/nxserver -debug -collect and send them to us.
4. Disable logs sudo /etc/NX/nxserver -debug -disable all
