Hi.  I’ve seen a couple of crashes in NXNode which drops the Windows 10 session and creates a core.

Here are the messages produced at the time:

    Feb 26 11:56:37 The-Tardis kernel: [852599.230058] nxnode.bin[16962]: segfault at 7f43adeae0d7 ip 00007f44f0f3df20 sp 00007f449d7f9a78 error 4 in libnx.so[7f44f0ec1000+125000]

What other information do you need.

    Cheers.

    Hi!

Please check if a core file was dumped (usually in the user’s home directory). If you find it, use the instructions here to get a backtrace: https://www.nomachine.com/AR09L00810.

In any case, logs from the server could be useful. Please locate and compress the log directory as explained here: https://www.nomachine.com/AR09L00810.

You can attach the files here or send to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com.

Hi, the backtrace doesn’t seem to have attached. Can you send direct to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com? Thanks!

Logs show that there’s a bug in the UDP code. A temporary workaround is to disable UDP in the connection preferences. Sign up to receive notification of the fix using ‘notify me.’
