    Hi all,

we’re currently testing NoMachine 4.2.26 here for our remote sessions from Windows 7 (client) to Linux RedHat 5.7 (server).

It all installed well on both sides it seems, we’re trying the free version.

When we try to connect to our Linux server, we get “oops the connection with the server was lost” so it doesn’t work and we can’t figure out why.

I attached a few log files. Thanks for your help.

    Regards

    Hi cosmonaute,

Logs would be useful; for some reason your attempt to attach them failed.

If needed, follow the instructions here on how to enable and extract them (https://www.nomachine.com/AR07K00677).

You can send them to issues[at]nomachine[dot]com. Make sure you reference your topic title.

    Thank you,

    The NoMachine Team

Just a reminder that 3.5.0 issues are now dealt with via the traditional support channels. From the logs we saw that it was an issue with 3.5.0 client to version 4 server.

A Trouble Report was opened and has since been fixed.
