I am using NoMachine in Windows to connect to a computer in computer lab in my college (I am in college only but in my hostel room).
It worked well the first time but when I connected and let my laptop in sleep mode. From then on it is not able to connect and is showing this.

“A connection timeout has occurred while trying to connect to ‘xx.x.xx.xxx’ on port ‘xxxx’. The issue could either be caused by a networking problem, by a firewall or NAT blocking incoming traffic or by a wrong server address. Please verify your configuration and try again.”

    Please help.

    Here is the log:

If you think your computer has entered sleep mode, there’s not much NoMachine can do. NoMachine does not yet offer a Wake-on-lan feature which might be what you need if I have understood what you have written. This feature is planned for version 7 onwards.

If you’re sure the computer is on, it could be that something has changed on the college’s router since your last successful connection.
