    Dear members,

recently I downloaded and installed NoMachine on my macbook 12. I can access it through LAN connection from my ipad. Although I have difficulties accessing it from the internet. Setup is as follows: Fiberwire broadband with 2 devices – one connected directly as bridge through WAN port to TP-Link TL-ER6020 router (I can see the public IP – static- on the wan port), In the router settings I enabled upnp as directed by tutorial. I can see upnp connection on ports 26404 forwarding to port 4000 to the laptop’s IP – 192.168.1.161 (image). Unfortunately on NoMachine server !M service status I see local lan conections and port opened to the router’s IP 192.168.1.1:26404 instead of “static.ip:26404” – what can be the possible solution (image) to connect via internet?

Did you try connection to public.ip:26404? Can you describe your network configuration? It looks it is double NAT configuration. In this case you need to set also router which provides internet. Take a look at this similar topic: https://forums.nomachine.com/topic/double-nat-remote-through-internet
