    Good Morning,

    I am currently looking into an issue that a small group of users are having when accessing our CentOS 6.7 environment from their Windows 7 Enterprise x64 work stations, both client and server are running version 4.5.0 of NoMachine.

    The issue the users are experiencing is as follows;

    Randomly they will be working in the remote session (sometimes for hours and sometimes for only 30 minutes or so) at which point their remote session will end without any error messages, they will then attempt to reconnect to their session at which point they receive a brief flash of the remote desktop and the session and are then disconnected again.

    The only way they are able to reconnect to the session is to delete the saved “Recent connection” from their client and recreate it, at which point they are again able to connect and continue working.

    Any help you can provide with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards

    James

    Hello James.Sch,
    We are not aware of the such problem. Just based on your description
    it could be some issue with settings saved in ‘connection file’.

    Could you send us the logs as per the instructions here?
    https://www.nomachine.com/AR07K00677
    Send them to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com making sure to reference the
    topic in your email.

    We are especially interest in nxplayer logs when this issues occurs.
