One of our colleagues is trying to work remotely through NoMachine and he was able to connect to our computer. The problem is that while I can see from my end that he’s opening and changing things on the desktop, meaning he can interact with the desktop, he can’t see any changes on his side. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Can you tell us more about the versions of your operating systems and of the NoMachine software installed on client and server side?
