Server does not start

    I am trying to evaluate NX Enterprise Desktop in order to use it in my business.

    Last week I have installed version NoMachine-Enterprise-Desktop_7.6.2_4 on some of my PC’s and now most of them are running as expected.

    After few days of running, one of my PC’s NX server stopped running and now I can no longer restart it, even a reboot wouldn’t help.

    I have enabled debug and collect my logs, please see attached.

    As I have mentioned before, I am running an evaluation version and the output of nxserver –subscription is:

    NX> 622 You appear to run an evaluation version due to expire

    NX> 622 on Wed Nov 17 06:44:59 CEST 2021. Please visit the

    NX> 622 NoMachine Web site at http://www.nomachine.com/

    NX> 622 to acquire a valid subscription.

    Can you please help me with solving this problem?

    Hi again @tamkir,

    We checked your logs, but it did not help to narrow down the problem. Would you be willing to install a debug package and collect some additional logs?

    Yes, please send me a link and instructions.

    I hope I’ll be able to reproduce the problem with the Debug version.
