Server not running

Hi

For some reason I can’t get the NX server to work.

I am using ver 6.1.6, but the problem happened in previous version as well.

This is the status:

yossi[:~]<14> sudo /usr/NX/bin/nxserver –status
NX> 111 NoMachine server has been shut down.
NX> 162 Disabled service: nxserver.
NX> 162 Disabled service: nxnode.
NX> 162 Disabled service: nxd.

 

When I try to manually restart I get this:

yossi[:~]<15> sudo /usr/NX/bin/nxserver –restart
NX> 162 Service: nxserver already disabled.
NX> 162 Service: nxnode already disabled.
NX> 162 Service: nxd already disabled.
NX> 162 Disabled service: nxserver.
NX> 162 Service: nxnode already disabled.
NX> 162 Disabled service: nxd.

Please help.

could you describe the platform, architecture and package used to install NoMachine? We haven’t seen this problem in our lab, so having this additional information will help us to reproduce.
