Using 4.3.23 on both ends (RHEL 6.6).

A session I started before I went on vacation 2 weeks ago is now unresponsive though the processes started in that session are still running. No mouse, no keyboard (other than Ctrl-Alt-Zero etc). I see the xterm I started in that session, but cannot get it to take focus.  Nor can I get to any icons, toolbars.

    Hi iceback,

I assume the session was left in disconnected state, and when you reconnected after 2 weeks you found it unresponsive?

Do you still have logs from that session? More info on how to gather logs here: https://www.nomachine.com/AR07K00677. They can be sent to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com.

Finally, if the session is still running, please do a test: try to reconnect that session by double-clicking on the icon representing the session but, while doing so, keep Ctrl+Alt pressed. This will make the session is reconnected in “shadowing” mode. Let’s see if user input works with the different protocol.

Yes, very likely I disconnected before leaving for vacation.

I used Ctrl+Alt double-click on both the local “Recent Sessions” screen and the remote hosts sessions screen which showed I was on the physical display (one of two, the other had “gdm” as the user).  Both individually (C+Aclicks on only one) and combined.  No visible change. Logs coming…
