    Hi,

    the NM icon is not showing in the sys tray in Windows Server 2016. In the settings “show which icons appear on the taskbar” it is not listed either. Seems like a bug.

    We weren’t be able to reproduce the problem. NoMachine icon should be visible on system tray on Windows Server 2016. Did you restart machine after installing NoMachine? Does your username or hostname contain ASCII characters?

    If the problem still appears please enable debug, restart nxserver and send server (which are located: %PROGRAMDATA%/NoMachine/var/log) and client (%USERPROFILE%\.nx) logs to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com.     Thanks for the feedback. Machine been restarted and everything. Enclosed a screenshot of the settings for icons to show in the tray, NX is not not amongst those.

    Will be collecting/sending the logs

    We are still waiting for more information from you (I sent you a direct email, maybe you didn’t get it?) If you are still having the same problem can you send us the requested info?

    The content was:

    Some logs are still missing. Maybe there is a problem with permissions in accessing logs directory?

    Can you try to look in:

    C:\ProgramData\NoMachine\var\log\node
