Server: CentOS 6.6 running NoMachine Server 4.4.1 free version on GNOME 2 desktop

Client: Windows 7 running NoMachine 4.4.1

When the server console is logged in as a non-root user, the file transfer commands are available on the !M menu.

However when logged in as root, the file transfer commands are not visible on the menu.

Is there a workaround for this, or is it as designed?

(Upload and download file transfers are enabled.)

    Hi Dreamweaver,
    It’s by design.
File transfer is among things that are not available when you are logged it as root.
    There is no workaround.
