    Dear all,

    We have one RHEL 6.4 VM in our environment, on which NoMachine is installed and we were using it to connect with this VM through NoMachine Client. But since last 1 day we are unable to connect. Whenever we try to connect through root account or anyother account we receive below error;

    Could not connect to the server

    Error is 107: Connection refused

    We have checked on server and also restarted service of NoMachine using below command but we receive output as below, which shows that NXNODE and NXD services are disabled.

    # /etc/NX/nxserver –restart

    NX> 162 Disabled service: nxserver.

    NX> 162 Disabled service: nxnode.

    NX> 162 Disabled service: nxd.

    NX> 161 Enabled service: nxserver.

    NX> 162 Disabled service: nxnode.

    NX> 162 Disabled service: nxd.

    NoMachine – Version 5.1.54

    Please help to sort out this issue ASAP. Much appreciate your support. Thanks.

    Regards,

    You need to enable debug, reproduce the problem and submit the logs, send them to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com. Instructions are here:https://www.nomachine.com/AR07K00677
