Just figured I would share my experience.

    Worked out of the box.

    Server:NanoPi M4.

    • Environment: Xubuntu-Desktop(Xfce4)
    • OS: FriendlyDesktop(Ubuntu 18.04)
    • Network connection: Wifi N
    • NoMachine: 6.7.6 Deb.

The only thing that did not work, mute audio server side.  And setting it to use NoMachine output, resulted in no audio on either side.  I suspect though, this maybe related to my setup, as I have to reset pulse audio every boot.  Otherwise very responsive.  A 1080p video on youtube played stutter free.  There was a tiny input delay (<.1second).

    Client: SelfBuilt.

    • OS: Ubuntu Server 18.04 64bit
    • Desktop Environment: Xubuntu-Desktop(Xfce4)
    • NoMachine: 6.7.6 Deb
    • Network Connection: Wired Gigabit.
