Wrong key mapping

Qwerty translates into 789-=[

I have seen past threads having similar issues, so I pretty much tried everything and it didn’t change much for me!

I had TigerVNC installed before, and I made the switch to NoMachine. I read somewhere TigerVNC could be the issue so i did

apt-get remove tigervncserver

Pretty much willing to do/provide as you request, Just get this solved asap!

VNC display has such keyboard mapping. So I think you are running Xvnc in place of Xorg. Check with command: ps -C X,Xorg,Xvnc -f.
