    Britgirl, I apologize for the late reply. Before posting here, I conducted some online research and found an article (URL removed). I followed the steps to update the driver according to this article, and it works fine now.

    Hi Britgirl, This is my Windows 10 21H2 version. I don’t think so. It is in brand new condition. I checked it on one of my friend’s computer, and it was working fine. Then I do not understand what could be the problem. Please provide me with the solutions that might help to resolve the issue.
