We were wondering what your set-up might be, so we could suggest a way to get round this bug until it’s fixed.

Hello, thanks for taking the time to let us know. We have opened a Trouble Report about this issue:
Cannot connect to remote nodes by the web
A fix will be made available in one of the next updates. Check the TR link at our next software update to see if it was included.

We have recently closed the following Trouble Report:
– Dock and top menu may be not displayed when the client is minimized
from fullscreen mode on Mac OS X
