Hello iceback,
It looks like you use ‘command-p’ to show up the menu where you can adjust the video settings (fit to window, full screen and so on). Is that correct?
If so, ‘command-p’ is not our default setting. By default we have ‘ctrl-alt-0’, which is valid on all platforms.
Please check the preferences (see the ‘Input’ menu in the screenshot attached), and let us know if it works now!

BilbotineParticipantHello Jose,
In order to help you, we need to investigate further.
Can you please send the standard debug logs to forum(at)nomachine(dot)com, making sure you reference ‘Error: Cannot create session directory on server’ as subject ?
If needed, the procedure to gather them is here: https://www.nomachine.com/DT04M00076#1
BilbotineParticipantHello Dream,
Thank you for letting me know. We’re happy it is solved!
BilbotineParticipantHi Andrin,
Can you clarify when you see that error (before log in screen, when you are requested to provide login and password, after that).
Could you also send us logs (server and client side) to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com, making sure to reference ‘Windows 10 pin′ as subject?
If needed, you can find instructions to gather the logs here: https://www.nomachine.com/AR07K00677
BilbotineParticipantHello iceback,
Could you please give us some clarification about magnifying ?
We have tested and do not have any reaction to cmd+p.
Thank you in advance.
BilbotineParticipantHello Dream,
We have a Trouble Report with a workaround for this issue:
‘Cannot reconnect virtual desktop sessions with NoMachine server v.4.6.12’ (https://www.nomachine.com/TR08M05855)
Let us know if you still encounter problems!

BilbotineParticipantHi RichCrane,
We need more details to investigate this issue.
Could you please send logs (server and client side) to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com, making sure to reference ‘Connect Ubuntu 14.04 from MAC OS X 10.10.4’ as subject?

BilbotineParticipantHi micronaut,
In Windows 10, the password to account is still available when you add a PIN number as login option.
So in NoMachine you should write the login (in the case the e-mail) and the password to account to authorise the session.
July 31, 2015 at 15:40 in reply to: BUG: Urgent: text that is copied in NoMachine is not copied to MacOS applications #7873BilbotineParticipantHello Ron,
Could you please tell us in which Mac application you try to paste the text, and also if the clipboard never works or only when you try to copy in this application ?
BilbotineParticipantHi newmanium,
A patch is available here: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=+748341
As for nss-pam-ldapd, it works fine with NoMachine. It’s not affected by any bugs known to us which may break our application.
BilbotineParticipantHello Ron,
You could try the application MagicPrefs (here: http://magicprefs.com/).
It’s a free application for OS X which aims to improve the functionality and configuration options of the Apple Magic Mouse, Magic Trackpad and the MacBook glass trackpad.
It features the ability to bind a variable number of finger clicks, taps, swipes, pinch and other gestures to functions like Middle Click, Hold Down Both Mouse Buttons, Spaces, Expose, Dashboard, Recent Applications, Tweet, Read Tweets, Google Reader etc.
BilbotineParticipantHi newmanium,
we are glad it works now!
BilbotineParticipantHi rnazikian,
In order to help you, we need to investigate further. Can you please send an e-mail to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com, making sure you use ‘Re: Graphics disappear’ as subject, with the following information:
– from what system to what system are you connecting and what is the type of session?
– what are the NoMachine packages and versions that you use?
– screenshots, if you have some.
– logs from both client and server side (the instructions to gather logs are here: https://www.nomachine.com/AR07K00677).
