    It’s not possible at the moment although we will investigate how and if this can be done effectively. A feature request was inserted earlier this year:

    I can understand your point-of-view and I am sorry that you don’t like the new design of the connection monitor which has removed the session links. The development team have taken note. However, to have a duplicate, a copy-cat, of the main window in the system tray would make little sense.

    The screenshot shows a thumbnail image of a server with session details about a Mac mini. Did you mean you were connecting from a Windows client to a Mac remote host?

    The upside-down screen can occur when screen-recording permissions have not been set correctly on the Mac host. Please follow the instructions here:

    Hi 🙂

    I’m not sure that the problem is with NoMachine, but with NordVPN which won’t let you change ports or do any port-forwarding?

    NoMachine works on Windows 10 out-of-the-box as it did with Windows 7. Has something changed on your network since you updated? For example, is your Windows NoMachine server on the same network as the connecting client? By the way, which OS are you connecting from?

    Next, have you installed version 7 of NoMachine software on both computers?

    What specific update of Windows 10 are you running on the NoMachine server side?

    Please gather server side logs as explained in https://www.nomachine.com/AR10K00697. You can send them to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com.

    This is the new and correct behaviour of the Connection Monitor.

    Please consult the guide, the specific section is 3.3. Quit NoMachine Player.

    From what I understand you’ve used NoMachine without any problems on your own local network, but now that you’re on a corporate network, you can no longer connect to the Linux server because of multiple port problems.

    With this release the overall design of the player has changed, as it now offers a unified and centralized way to access
    servers, configure settings and much more to come in the future releases. Since it keeps running once it gets started, the
    Machines panel can be quickly accessed to start a new connection and a list in the tray menu is no longer needed, because
    it was a way to provide the same functionality and ease of access we’ve now in the client.
    So you haven’t lost a feature at all. Rather you’ve gained a much more organized and streamlined UI.

    Can you tell us what OS you updated? Can you send us the logs (you send directly to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com or attach here.)

    Hi, fishnet37222, firstly, please update the software (both sides) because we recently released version 7 and you should see if this changes anything – a number of fixes were introduced which were related to audio on Linux.

    If the problem is still there, please resubmit everything plus the additional files that tsotne requested. Thank you!
