Looking in the logs we found this:
2017-04-10 03:53:24 998.815 15473 NXSERVER WARNING! Process ‘/usr/NX/bin/nxexec –node –user acc –priority realtime –mode 0 –pid 12’ with pid ‘16992/16992’ finished with exit code 11 after 9,774 seconds.
which is caused by the TR we already mentioned. Sign up to the notify me tool on the TR’s web page to know when we’ve released a fix. Thanks!
Come and download 5.2.21 or use the automatic updates to get the fix for this 🙂

From what you wrote via email previously (not here in the forums) you appear to be using a Virtual Machine template provided by Aruba which has NX 3.5.0 pre-installed. The forums were created to help NoMachine 4 users which are not version 5 users. Additionally, NX 3.5 is no longer supported. If possible, please use another template and install NoMachine 5 on top of it.

Install NoMachine for your OS on the device you are connecting from, then install NoMachine on the computer you want to connect to.
I also suggest you take a look at the tutorials here about getting started with using the product: https://www.nomachine.com/support
Uninstall NoMachine and check if nx user is present. If it is, remove it and then reinstall NoMachine.
