Thank you. I’m glad it’s possible to get back to the behavior of previous versions by explicitly disabling client side hardware decoding in the latest NoMachine release.

Thanks for getting back to me. I reduced the resolution on both the client and the server to below 1920×1080, but the green screen issue still happens. See the attached screenshot for an example. I’m also attaching log files saved from that connection.

The client is running on a laptop, and the video hardware is an NVIDIA Quadro M2200. I updated the driver to version 442.92, which is the latest version released on 16 April 2020, and I still get the green screen.

Let me know if there’s anything I can do to help. In the meantime, I will run without client side hardware decoding.
