If it helps this is what the NAT profile is on the client (WebPlayer) side: http://nattest.net.in.tum.de/individualResult.php?hash=34abe7210ca2022812737d3b48a4a3ac

Thanks for clearing up the confusion. I’ve met those requirements but the GPU doesn’t seem to be utilized. I’ve set up a virtual desktop with X11 vector graphics mode disabled:

    AgentX11VectorGraphics 0

I have attached the session logs. There are 3 log files, the 1001 log file is generated when the server starts up even when there are no client connections established. The 1002 and 1003 log files are generated when a single client connection is established via the WebPlayer.

Nowhere in the session logs does it indicate that the hardware encoder is being used. In addition, there is a line in the 1002 log:

Warning: Can’t load H.264 codec library.

    Hope you can help.

    Thanks.

According to https://www.nomachine.com/AR10K00706 under Section 2.3, does it mean that the Terminal Server Evaluation is not able to utilize the hardware GPU for encoding?

    Thanks,

    Shu

Do you mean that a Linux Terminal Server isn’t able to take advantage of the GPU to encode a video stream for a remote web player client?

Logs attached. I reproduced the issue by entering 2 different usernames which are set up as NoMachine admin users: stan and admin.

    Thanks.

It is a standalone Linux VM:

Operating System: CentOS Linux 7 (Core)

    CPE OS Name: cpe:/o:centos:centos:7

    Kernel: Linux 3.10.0-862.3.3.el7.x86_64

    Architecture: x86-64

    centos-release-7-5.1804.el7.centos.2.x86_64

Will provide logs shortly. In the mean time, is there a way to enable the “Use acceleration for display processing” setting under System Preferences->Performance without going thru the GUI? I could not find an equivalent option in either server.cfg or node.cfg.

    Thanks

If the window is maximised, it is important for the window to fit the full browser area when using the Web Player (it currently has a black empty border). When the browser is resized the window area should be resized to fit the new browser size without any borders or browser scroll bars.

Is this a potential upcoming feature, or can this be implemented as a paid customisation?

    Thanks,

    Shu
