    No reason to set/read permissions on a file that doesn’t exist.

    I worked around it by creating an empty file nodes.db during installation so it would find the file at the end of the install. Now it works perfectly again.

    Will send you the log file when back at said computer again for brevity’s sake. Maybe you can find the root cause for it.

    There was, but it was just showing the gui of the latest error message from the log

    Runtime Error (at 179:480):

    Cannot open file “C:\Program Files (x86)\NoMachine\etc\nodes.db”. The system cannot find the file specified
