ParticipantGreat, after upgrading server to 6.11.2 and checked the “Disable client side hardware decoding”, the connection was successful (without pack option), but the screen back to fuzzy, then I checked the “Disable client side image post-processing”, the screen return to normal, just that the remote response is a little bit slower, but it is still acceptable.

ParticipantYes, the server is running on a headless machine. I’ve tried the following combinations:
( client => 6.11.2, server => 6.11.2 )
( client => 6.10.12, server => 6.11.2 )
( client => 6.11.2, server => 6.10.12 )
the screen is still white, It works only when both sides are 6.10.12
I’ve been using version 6.10.12 all this time, and I’m still waiting for the new version to try again.
