Immediately disconnected from server

    Hi,

    I’m using NoMachine (free) 8.1.2 on a Mac macOS Monterey 12.0.1 as the Server and trying to connect via another Mac with the same NoMachine version, Mac running macOS Monterey.

    Connecting to the server, I see the request to Accept the screen share via NoMachine and then am automatically disconnected . Further reading, I think this may be a permission issue (e.g. https://forums.nomachine.com/topic/nomachine-abruptly-disconnects-user-after-login, but that command said there was no user when I specified the user).

    Logs attached. Any thoughts / direction?

    It’s possible that the latest update 8.2.3 fixes the problem you have. So please try. If that doesn’t help, we would need you to enable debug, reproduce the problem and extract the logs.

    Hi Jacob,

    First, I apologise for answering after several days – your email with logs unfortunately got missed.

    Then, looking at the logs you sent, we noticed that the connection is closed just after the dialog for accepting a connection is shown.

    You use the free version, which allows only one connection: if another user tries to connect, and the session owner accepts, the previous one will be disconnected.
