I recently upgraded to macOS Catalina upon getting the update notification. It would appear that I am experiencing system freezing/crashing specifically during a NoMachine session. The only crash logs listed in the log viewer reference NoMachine components. I am only able to resolve the system freeze with a hard reset. I’m hoping to find someone who might have some insight into the matter. It is worth noting that it IS possible that this is being caused by another application running on the system, but so far these crashes have only occurred while a remote client is connected by NoMachine. I can probably extract and pass along the relevant log files later should they be needed.

Hey Britgirl ,thank you for that link, but I’m afraid that doesn’t address my issue. From what I can see, it’s mostly people having issues with NoMachine working at all, or it’s missing some functionality. My issue is specifically that my machine will lock up and requires me to restart the system using physical buttons, which can be problematic should I be without physical access to the machine for a period of time

Can you submit the crash logs you mention?
