    Hello there,

    Referencing this post: https://forums.nomachine.com/topic/white-black-transparent-screens-on-certain-apps-windows10

I have the same issue… certain windows, for example Radeon Software, appear transparent, although a border can be seen and buttons pushed (if you know the general location), it’s not possible to actually see anything.

The server I’m connecting to is headless, but when a monitor is connected and turned on it appears to function properly.

I’ve disabled hardware encoding and acceleration, but thus far no joy.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

this problem doesn’t depend on NoMachine. When the machine is headless, the GPU is not working normally and some apps may fail to render correctly. If you can’t attach a monitor, you can try to use a dummy display adapter (HDMI dummy plug). In the forum post you mention, the problem was solved by updating the graphics card’s drivers.
